About The Leagues
The NEPL encompasses many formats of tournament paintball. For beginners we have the 3 Man NEPL Jr Series and the 5 Man NEPL Novice Division, for advanced players we have the NEPL 5 Man Amateur Division, the 7 Man MPL and the XBall NEXL. Not sure where you'd fit?
Both the 3 man and 5 man events are event to event registrations meaning that any team may register for any of these events and play in as few or as many events as they wish. The NEPL Jr is the 3 man series dedicated to true beginners, the 5 Man series is the classic 5 man format . The 7 man and XBall series are franchised series, where teams can buy a spot during the off-season and then compete in 4 events to qualify for the 5th and Final Championship Event at the end of the season. Both 7 man and Xball are locked leagues for 2010 and teams that hope to compete in either of these formats will need to pay franchise fees in full by February 15th 2010.
