One entrance fee paid is for one team, for one event. All entrance fees are non-refundable / non-transferable. Entrance fees include all day air for both Compressed air and CO2.

Can I register the day of?
All entrance fees must be paid by that events registration deadlines (see web site for these dates).  Your team is not considered registered until the entrance fee is PAID. First Deadlines are 10 days prior to each event.

Do I need an NEPL ID?
Any player that plans to play an event needs to have an NEPL ID card. Read more about NEPL ID's and how / why to get one - HERE!!

What is a Roster?

All teams that have paid an entrance fee to play in an NEPL event are required to submit a team roster prior to the event so that we can validate all players are eligible to play and so that we can ensure that they have ID Cards.  A team may not be considered "registered"  until the roster is received.  The roster can be filled out online at http://www.theidpro.com/

How long does the event last, When should we arrive.... etc.?
We recommend you arrive at the event by 6:00 am and plan on staying, should you make the finals, until about 6:00 pm. Each team will play the minimum 6 preliminary games and up to 4 more games should they make the playoffs. Each team will be given a schedule when they sign in either the night before or the morning of. This will tell you what field your games are on and at what game time they are at.

What kind of paint do we use, can we bring our own, how/when/where can we pay for it?
All NEPL events are Tournament Paint ONLY. You CANNOT bring your own paint. You may pay for paint during the online registration process, or you may pay for it WITH CASH ONLY the day of the event, on site. Paint will be $60.00 a case for the entire season and we shoot ONLY Ultra Evil .

Is my gun legal, can i have a clear hopper, how long are games, what is bounce?
All of these answers are in the Rule Book. Every player should read the NEPL rule book, as well as the Addendum to the rules. This will answer any questions regarding game structure, equipment, clothing etc

Can we film, photo, watch games out on the fields?
The only people allowed to film out on the fields are the Media staff. They are also the only people allowed on the fields to take pictures. Spectators will only be allowed on the outside of the nets where goggles are not necessary.  Please keep in mind that spectators are not allowed to interfere with the game in any manner while it is in progress.  Yelling, pointing or any other type of signaling may result in a penalty for your team.
